![]() Please note that, MacOS currently has issues with USB GBe connections and it can sometimes be unstable. If the driver is loaded, you will need to manually remove the USB Ethernet connection and then re-add it to see if the Ethernet is more stable that way. You may also need to restart your MacBook Pro once the installation of the driver has been completed. If the driver hasn’t been loaded, you will need to power cycle the USB-C Pro Dock by unplugging both the Thunderbolt cable and PSU from the unit and leave it for 30 – 40 seconds before plugging it back in.
